Photoshop and Dimensions, from conceptual sketches to technical

= Product development for FIGI Graphics (giftware, ornamental home
and garden accessories www.figi.net). Working as a team with
Creative Directors, I developed from concept to final artwork and
prototype many items in their catalog: candle holders, metal garden
sculptures, stakes, treillisses, photo and mirror frames, windmills,
nightlights, birdhouses and feeders.
Creative assignment with important engineering duties, to reach the
best quality/production cost ratio.
Worked with metal artists, providing them with digital templates
of my designs to run a CAD-driven plasma cutter system.

1988-1990
Duties: take control from concept to production of 150 information
posters for a permanent exhibition at the EDF's Research Center
(National Gas & Electric Company). Work as a team directly with EDF
searchers and engineers, contract and supervise typesetters,
illustrators, photolabs. Artwork also for packaging designs and labels
for Jacques Vabre (coffee), Valrhona (major French chocolate
manufacturer), Barilla (Italian pasta and sauces).
Graphic Designer Freelance (Paris)
1980-1988
Principal budget: Kraft/General Foods France (Tang, Kool Aid,
Maxwell, Legal coffee, Hollywood gum, Krema candies.
Duties: development to final production, adaptation for promotions,
for label designs, packaging, flyers, ads. Airbrush photo realistic
illustrations. Mock up of 3 dimensional prototypes of packaging,
products and displays. Contract and supervise photographers
color separators and printers, ensure follow-up and quality control.

Duties: organize, prepare, distribute and supervise production of all
final artwork. Refine all projects from layout to completion, in a fast
